Cartridge won’t stay in pen

I used the machine once. It is a wormhole machine that I got from Amazon just to see if I would like it. Went to use it a second time and the cartridge won’t stay in at all. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yeah, don't buy anything that's "Tattoo Related" from Amazon! Most cartridge needles aren't always going to be perfect. Move on to the next cartridge then?! If you haven't already. And that brand in a machine isn't a Good machine.
It's a knock off of a Bishop. And that's what you should use.
Most high end Rotary Machines will work with universal cartridge needles. Do your research like we All have. This is how you learn. Especially since no One wants to get a 3 Year Apprenticeship being in a Tattoo Shop. That's how I earned mine in 1995.
