Will this look horrible once healed?

Hi everyone, it looks like my tattoo was probably overworked. It hurt really bad while he was tattooing. Seemed fine for about 3 days and then started to heavily scab. I’m noticing the blowout now as well.

Anyway this can be fixed once it’s healed? Or will it just look like a giant blob?

Wait until it's completely healed before starting to worry if anything is wrong with it...healing tattoos always look awful in the first week of healing...scabby and blurry edges, although the blowout is fairly evident on the bottom line of the tattoo, that can be easily fixed by thickening the line or adding more black to the edge of the blowout at a later date.
