I need help

I got my tattoo on Black Friday 11-26-21 and it's the first time I got color added but the redness and swelling is only around the colored areas the other parts are not red and swollen there is no puss no oozing no itching I just want to make sure it's not infection

you should be fine. It's going to have some redness for a bit. It's the natural part of healing. Chances are they just worked the color in really hard (assuming without seeing it).

It's also very dry in Missouri this time of year [even though it's supposedly a humid state] so it could be something to do with the dry climate as well.

Hard to tell without seeing a picture of the tattoo though as stated.
