Cleaning tattoo before and after

Hello,
What do you use to clean the skin before tattooing and right away after you finish the tattoo?

Alcohol before, only water after. I have a rose water mix, also while tattooing, but that's not necessary.

If you need to shave before - soap mix.

But always alcohol to get off all grease on the skin.

a sander and some good ol' 80 grit sandpaper lol

yeah and make sure after pour some vinegear too soothe the redness of the skin lol

Surgical spirit to clean prior tattoo. Finished tattoo wash with water +green soap mix. If I want to take very good photo of the tattoo, but its very red - I apply Witch Hazel for few minutes, it takes some redness away )

blue soap in a foaming squirt bottle is my favorite for cleaning it up after/during

i use green soap/water mixture to shave the skin and to wipe away the ink during the process.
before applying the stencil i degrease the skin with isopropyl alcohol/water mix.

if you use tincture of green soap then it has an higher alcohol content, to some people it can sting, another problem some people speak of is the high alcohol content can erase the stencil prematurely during the outline process, i just use a basic green soap from killer ink.
