Sharps bins. In Sweden regulations for waste are different than in UK though (not as strict here), but I'll ask at the pharmacy if they know what to do with it when full.
I have a sharps contract, eho insist on it as a condition of your licence / registration.
I was told to get a contract in place as well as an infection control certificate and proof of training as well as my shed complying with regulations.

My local dump has a sharps disposal. There are services that will come out and empty them but the dump is free.
Mine go in a bin after desoldering the bars off then are disposed of by my dentist. But at the rate of use, will take me a few years to fill the bin 
Just to clarify, i use the bars for other things i make they are strong and pre looped, great for control rods in model cars, boats etc.
