Started my sleeve but left with more blank space than anticipated

Im left with a lot of unfilled space after finishing the line work for my sleeve i realized. Im a beginner and practicing on myself. Any sugguestions on what i can do that would be great. i was thinking a quote with flames or something but the location of it just has me questioning. please see link

We'd really have to see what you have before giving any kind of recommendation on what would go well with it. Since you're a beginner, maybe you want to wait until you get more skill in you before you finish the sleeve and that will give you plenty of time to think on it. The couple of lines I see in the photo do look kind of weak.

Are you tattooing your own arm?
Or is someone else tattooing it for you and you're looking for ideas to complete it?
If you're doing the tattooing, I don't know how you will be able to tattoo that part of your arm without being a contortionist, also I wouldn't recommend tattooing your own arm, you can't get a stretch on the skin without someone stretching it for you, I would hit your legs if you want to practice on yourself...keeps one hand for holding your machine, and one hand to stretch the skin.
Proper stretching of the skin is a very important aspect of tattooing.
