Question About Storing Sealed Tattoo Ink

Hi all,

I was wondering if I buy tattoo ink in bulk and just store them away still sealed. How long can I store them for?

If I wanted to store a sealed bottles of ink and decide to open them 4 years later would it be okay to use?

If you're just practicing, sure. But they most quality inks come sterilized these days with an expiration date on them, so for safety alone I wouldn't use those on clients. But, besides that, the consistency can get pretty thick so you'll spend a lot of time having to thin stuff down the older it gets. I'd just buy what you can use. It will be on sale again later.
