Any tips on adding white? I've been saving the white for last and adding little spots and highlights. Can get muddy especially if I'm working over places I've already put color in.
When I tattoo and I know I will be using white for my highlights I do not fill or color in those areas with any other colors. So when I hit it with my white it is going over the natural skin color not any other colors. You have to think ahead when using white. I always always have a picture of what I am tattooing taped somewhere so I can use that as a reference while tattooing. marked 4 life's way is an excellent choice. If you decide to not do it like that make sure you clean the f%&k out of that needle and tube before using white. I have 3 machines setup for color pieces. When I put a machine down to use another one, I clean out the needle and tube in distilled water before switching machines. Hope that helps.
