Silverback Clear dilution solution

Hey guys i just bought Silverback Clear dilution solution to try some aquarelle stuff and breaking down my black. Thing is, it expires in 2 months from now. The ingredients are : Aqua, hamamelius extract and alcohol. So, i won't be able to use it after expiration date right? I'm just asking because it doesn't have any pigment in it. But i can understand it's not only the pigment that can go bad in the bottle.

So it's water, witch hazel and alcohol. None of which go out of date or have dates on individual bottles. I see no reason why there should be a date on it at all. Apart from manufacturers making more money of course.

Ink sponge is right. I wouldn't really worry about it.

Maybe the alcohol evaporates over time and make it a hospitable enviroment for bacteria? Not sure just wondering..

Why not just use witch hazel, works perfectly and I've never had an issue with it.
