Question,
When it comes to doing something like hair lines, does anyone use 1RL to get the fine end point?
Or do you angle a 3RL or even the corner of a magnum to get that “point”

also, I been doing stencils by hand for months.
I do alot of tracing, sometimes an hour
Should I just get a stencil printer?
The M08F seems to be really popular
Small wireless one

I would say it depends on the size of the motif. I love using 1rl for mostly everything, but when you do realistic of a certain size, I figure using a 1rl for hair has a risk of rather destroying the realistic look. Shading strands with a magnum would be to prefer, and maybe just do a few actual lines, to accentuate the feeling of separate hair straws. If you get what I mean (not English native, so sometimes hard to explain things).

For stencils, if you do realistic, yes, a printer does help massively. Never heard of the one you mention, I myself have a brother Pocket jet 723 (or maybe 623, I don't recall the digits right now 🙂).

You explained it perfectly, thank you for reaching out and letting me know.
I’m going to get some 1RL and see how they go with very small outlines

as for the printer, the brother 723 is pretty expensive for a beginner like me as I haven’t made money from tattooing
So it’s all about investing
I’m going to get MT200 I think
Which is your normal black printer with the copy function

thanks bro

Yes, I do. I use 1201RL, 1001RL and even 801RL which is really a bugpin 1RL.
But that's also because I do PMT, which you can also do with a 801RL the difference being the speed at which the machine operates.
