Hi, Im new with coil machines.
I recently bought a lauro paolini liner tattoo machine. I tried so many speeds so many volts, I dont understand what is going on. When I pass the needle on the skin, I cant have a line. It kinda blocks in the skin like without any smoothness. Plus, the ink doesnt, or practically doesnt go in the skin... My needle isn't out to much, I already verified this.
Is it the tuning ? Or something Im not doing right ?
Thanks for help !!

Hi Anneso,
Can you tell us what kind, size and brand of needle you are using, on what places of the body did you try, and how many volts did you try ?

Peace,

it's something you're not doing right. :)
C'mon Mark, you're better than that, lol!

Anneso,
When you tattoo, there are some basic rules: correct depht, matching handspeed and voltage, needle in the correct position (soldering on top), stretching the skin, dip enough ink, get good ink (approved by you country), and... Tuning your coil right.

What do you think you're not doing, or don't know how to do it?
Did you read the user manual for your machine?

Peace,

DKJ
PS: i would advise you go premium if you wish to get more answers and details.

Stretch Anneso...you're not stretching enough. When you don't the skin acts like a trampoline and even though you think you're making a dent your not.

DKJ how was that? :)

... In a way, needles feel happy to do some trampoline which is rare for them, plus the client feels no pain.

So, the "you're doing it wrong" is debatable.
