Shading

Hello guys, I started tattooing couple of weeks ago and I did only outline work.
I want to start implementing shades on my tattoos but I don't really know the hand movements, the voltage of the machine, etc.
Can you guys give me some tips or send me some good videos that helped you?

search the internet...tons of stuff there. Or go premium...tons of stuff over there. One is easier than the other
