Needle Question

I to all,
i buy a tattoo kit who needle was included. My question are, how could i be sûre That my needle are safe to use? They are all sterilized eo gaz With expiration date. It,s just because it come from eBay!

hey, so when you get needles they should be SEALED in a packet with a date.. aslong as they are sealed with a date (valid date) they should be okay to use, different needles vary, you pay for what you get really

if they are sealed they should be sterilized and ready to use, double check before you order needles though in the descripion and look for somewhere which tells you they are sterilized to double check

Yeah it's writed "CE pré-made tattoo needle, this needle was sterilized by EO gas"
expire on jun2018

Do CE And eo gas could be packed by anybody? Dont want healthy problem by using them.

there should be an indicator inside the package that turns blue when sterilized. But if you have doubts if they are safe to use dont use them on people and order some needles from a reputable supplier

some places require you to be licensed to buy needles so be careful

Rather getting confused. I would recommend you to purchase a new set of needles which would obviously be new, sealed, packed and sterilized.

Check date on this post,they ain't been seen in over a year,your right in what you replied but it's a waste as they ain't been seen in ages

I have 2 questions, why do some needles look so dirty ?And what do u think of Killer Ink ?


from the site : Killer Ink Precision needles are made from the finest quality 304 surgical stainless steel and use lead free solder for precision grouping. If you look carefully, you will notice how accurate the grouping of our needles are. Our needles are shiny in appearance as they are are electro polished, prior to being sterilized with EO gas. Other badly configured needles are dull in appearance, due to the use of poor quality steel and lead solder, which can be very dangerous to use health wise.

This is a really old thread you replied to. I use cartridges, not bars, but I get mine from KillerInk and Barberdts.

I don't understand why you would buy (cheap) Chinese stuff from eBay? I'm not tattooing on humans anytime soon but I use the same needles (and ink) for practice as I would on a human.

You also answered your own question I think. The 'dirty' look is unpolished steel. The shiny ones are electro-polished, just as the KillerInk description says.

No, i have that from Killerink, but it is anyway from China like almost everything.
