If you are that much of a beginner, i would start with a Premium upgrade of your account, and download the training manual.
There is so much more to it, than putting a needle in a machine and away you go.

you will be best with a 7 round liner to start with, if you use a 3 or 5 liner it will show every little wobble, and for your shader i would try a 13 round shader, it sounds quite big but it isn't, i would stay away from mags for a while until you have nailed your lining and got used to filling with colour, i know you said you have lots of practice skins but it depends on what quality you have got if it is the thin stuff then the only good thing that is for is to practice you lining with, if you want to do a full tattoo with colour then you will do much better with the dearer stuff, it is about *£4.20 for one piece but you can use both sides and when i was first learning one piece would last me about a week, get going at it and ask for help when problems come up.

Anything seven and below should be good. remember that it takes alot more force to drive in larger configuration needles, and your not going to get a well tuned machine in a kit that can handle the bigger needle configuration correctly. have fun

5RL and 7RL are probably a way to go, most japanese pieces for example are done with those needles. Just so you'd have any idea what they would look like.
