Design Suggestion

the owl is my work, still in progress... the other two were made by a different tattoo artist.

I'm struggling to think of ideas on what to add after the owl is finished. We would like to it appear as a whole tattoo, and probably would look like a back piece in the future. not some chunks of tattoo everywhere. I would appreciate your ideas and suggestions. Thank you!

That's a very difficult grouping to make into a single design, perhaps some smoke and background figures on the same basic designs behind the smoke is a direction. some owls, trees, wildlife, shields, etc etc. hard to really think of anything that's a perfect fit to be honest. but good luck, i'm sure someone will give some good ideas.
