Hi, I'm very new to tattooing, it's always been something I've wanted to do. I've reciently orders a compleate tattoo set and I haven't got the slightest idea where to start. Anyone got any tips? I'm not compleately sure on how to set up a tattoo machene yet if I'm honest, anyone got any simple steps I could use? Obviously I won't be tattooing on skin yet, I'll be practising on fake skin infill I'm fully aware of how to tattoo properly.

Agree with Colin, there is so much to learn & the trainjng manual gives u the basics to get you started.

Welcome to the forums, becoming a premium member and downloading the training manual is a great place to start. Also read a lot of the threads here in the forums, you can find lots of good information. Feel free to ask any questions along the way.

check out YouTube. There are a lot of very helpful videos on machine set up and maintenance as well as needle depth and technique. There are a few well respected Tattoo artists with tons of experience that actually host there own YouTube channel and post videos every week foe beginners or anyone just wanting to learn some new tricks.
