Every time i try to print a stencil design, it only prints part of it and leaves thick blue lines on the paper. I tried cleaning everything inside with alcohol and a Q-Tip but nothing changed. Anyone got any advice on how to fix this?

What type of stencil printer are you using and what does your stencil look like before you print it?

If there is too much solid black areas, the stencil machine will heat up too hot and cause the stencil to print all weird. Try and have minimum solid black areas. You can mark these with a little x or something so you remember they need to be solid black.

If that doesn't help, you can try opening it up and under the roller there should be a piece of glass or a glass bulb. Clean this with alcohol. Over time things build up on this and effect your stencil.

Or
Try to restore default Setting & roller if your getting random lines across the whole thing.

To Restore Default Setting for a majority of machines,:
1. press the "stop" button for 3 seconds, then you will hear a beep
2. press the "mirror" button
3. press the "copy" button
Wipe out any inks on the roller regularly.

I no longer use thermal stencil machines, but maybe someone else with more experiance has some more ideas for you to try. =)

I tried all of the methods :/ Does the printer have to be on when i do the default settings? Cause if yes, then that is what i did and nothing happened

What type of paper are you using?

Have you tried putting a stencil through without the solid shading? For example, try just stitch without his black mouth or eyes. Just simple lines. Or heck, a big Z. What happens?

Do you get the same lines with a stencil that is simple lines and no black fill?

Can you upload a photo of it?

Otherwise contact the seller and they should be able to diagnose the issue (the description in your link says to contact them if there are any issues so they can instruct you or replace it.)

I have attempted to troubleshoot these issues with no luck either; any advise or update on this issue?
