A complete tattoo kit guns ,voltage controller

Hi my friend was going to give tattooing a go but went to LA instead I have alot of ink but useless at drawing I know this is possibly a lower grade kit as there all fair priced suppliers the is alot of additional sealed packs and It would be terrible if it wasn't used make me an offer
