what rotary to buy as a beginner?

I'm wanting to buy a rotary machine before I get an apprenticeship to practice on fake skin. So I'm wondering which machine is best to buy. I'm mostly interested in doing black and grey and neotraditional style at the moment.

I'm looking to buy from nordictattoosupplies.com and I have been keeping my eye on EZ filter pen and other rotary machines same price range, but don't know what would be good for both lining and shading.

how likely is it you will be getting an apprenticeship?
