Help me fix this

Got this one last week but something feels off. What do you think?

They shaved more of your leg than was necessary...but other than that....the dragons head doesn't seem to have an eye and the shading is very random....maybe wait until it's healed and see how it looks once it's settled down, if you don't like what you see then, go back to the tattooist (if you trust them) and ask them to refine/fix what you think is wrong with it, being aware that it may come out looking worse.

IMHO It's not the best design. There is more detailed being crammed into the upper part of the head that contrats with the minimal detail at the bottom of the jaw. The top of the head has a different shape language than the bottom, the top has sharp/menacing edges while the bottom of jaw is lofty and round. As rule of thumb you want to be able to squint your eyes and see the image clear for what it is, when I squint my eyes at this it looks like it could be anything else.
