Is it fresh? Maybe post a healed pic when available.
The red looks solid but a little beat too. Packing with a liner, with needles tightly soldered to a point rather than loosely arranged in a round shader, is a very hit and miss way to pack. You can get the coverage BUT you’re adding trauma to the skin and if that has happened, the healing will expose it.
I’d probably stay on fake skin a while until your lines are single pass and your packing is one hit…solid. I’ve seen much worse and don’t be disheartened…this journey takes time for almost all of us, no need to rush.

don't forget to give the edges a pass to make a more solid crisp line
