Hi and congrats for these works, you're on a good path!

You need to work on your mline consistency, aka keeping the same handspeed matching the same needle speed. It shows where your lines are greyish.
Nice job on the gradients, they look good.
Also, you may want to try to change your fake skin orientation when doing some curves, the petals are steady but the leaves and leaves nerves are more groovy. Think about when you'll be tattoing real people, you'll have to move around them to get the best angles you can to tattoo.
There are better angles to draw a line, experiment with a pen or marker on some paper to see what i mean.
