Thank you!Wow ,really nice
I have a few planned for that and for watercolor and charcoal!Hey Beirdo,
Seeing you're totally confident with pencils, why don't you do this kind of design in india ink?
Maybe you already did, but i guess it would help to see how you would transition this to an inking tool.
Peace,
DKJ
Its more a piece of art using the confines and elements of a typical tattoo design. I definitely agree the woman could be larger (I didnt really see it until I was committed and used the ribbon to give her space more weight) if it were to be an actual tattoo but overall its for my portfolio for when/if I shop for apprenticeships.Just for clarification...are we looking at a tattoo design or are we looking at an amazing piece of art to show your abilities?
everyone has become so critical...looking for reasons something isn't the best tattoo, or best for tattoo, or how it could be different.
this is just a kick ass drawing...nice.![]()
Its definitely meant to mimic that (well beyond my abilities as a tattooer) and the feedback was very valid for that.It looks good regardless man, the art and patience shows.
I just assumed this was the typical thigh or upper arm piece design.
Always make sure you have a focal point in the tattoo. Its definitely meant to mimic that (well beyond my abilities as a tattooer) and the feedback was very valid for that.
