This was my most recent larger piece. I did a redesign of my old one from last year that was watercolor, but I hated the drawing. So this is a years improvement on it. The

I really like this. I like the uniqueness of the skull, especially how the front teeth appear like they are segmented in a way. Very cool. One thing I love about Procreate is being able to fuck with a painting while still keeping the original. I would suggest trying alternating colors with the roses. Everything else is SO vivid and the roses seem almost lost because they all share the same blue. Even if they were different blues or even the middle one an opposite on the color wheel to make the whole thing pop. I'd love to see a series of these. Dagger and skull, no snakes and/or a dagger with snakes, no skull. If this becomes your style you will certainly stand out.

Hmm, well I could definitely play with the colors at some point and I do have some ideas for other dagger tattoos. I was planning on doing some moth and dagger tattoos soon. I have line art of other pieces I need to finish up first. thank you for the feedback!

Beautiful drawing! I love the design but I think the roses are kinda jarring. I think you put them there to balance out the different sizes of the snakes but they don't look cohesive with the design. It might also be the color pallet. It seems a bit jarring and all over the place. red green yellow cyan cobalt. I think Id play with that pallet a bit more and maybe even trim it down.

That's fair, I definitely can love color a little too much and don't get in enough neutral tones sometimes. I'll revisit the design and make some adjustments ^^ ty
