Couple tattoo designs for a few friends

Been a while since I've drawn much of anything, let alone much of anything to completion. My friends found out I was learning to tattoo and asked me to draw up some designs for them. Pretty happy with them and they are helping to knock the cobwebs off. I didn't have my ipad cable handy to upload these directly so here are some photos of them on my ipad screen LOL

You're obviously a talented artist. Remember while you are still learning technique you won't be able to tattoo everything you can draw. Rule number one for me is NEVER run out of talent mid-tattoo.

Thats definitely going to be the hardest lesson for me to learn for sure. Thank you for that advice. Its definitely a good rule. Something I've also been focusing on is thst even though I may be able to get certain details it may not be whats best for the tattoo long term. Not trying to give people a muddy smear 10 years from now.
