I’m not a natural drawer but I am willing to learn. I have done a few drawings recently but I was wondering if you guys could help me become better? These 3 are the best I can do at the moment and they took a while to do if I’m honest!

There are a monumental number of books available on the subject, for a good start.
As Mark said, practising is the key like in any other thing you learn.
I would advise starting with/after reading some books so you know what you have to look for while practising, and also some good exercises.
If you don't have a big budget start with 5 different pencils and some office A4 white sheets.
If you can afford them, buy some colored and india ink, some brushes, some pastels, charcoal, gouache, acrylic, anything which can help you learn color theory.
Try to be as wide as possible in your references, techniques and rendering, you'll learn a lot them.
And don't stand on one kind of art, try from realism to full abstract, it'll help you.
And learn perspective, it's mandatory imo.
And repetition and consistency. I find my drawing and painting skills go to shite if I'm not drawing at least weekly. But 15 min a day can be better than 2 hours once a week.
