Morning all,I'm just set the ball rolling on a registered home studio.at min I use stainless steel tubes etc.ive been warned that I need a vacuum autoclave and at the min £2500+ is not possible.so I need your help and advise of disposable tube.ive seen some I like and wondered if any of you use these or an alternative tube.tru tubes are the 1's in question as they have stainless steel tips and they look sound.
Many thanks

The best bet is to buy a few and try them, the tips vary in thickness on plastic disposables, if you ride the tube you may have to ride the needle if doing lettering as the tube can obscure your view slightly, I would be interested in hearing if anyone has used the stainless steel tipped tubes like the Mithra brand, Tatsoul wrath tubes are supposed to be amongst the best so I hear.

I have always liked pin up disposable tubes, particularly the diamond tips.

I've always used disposable tubes as I looked into the cost of an autoclave and thought "no F**ing way" the quality of the tubes has improved greatly over the last few years as more and more big name pro tattooist are moving over to them for a multitude of reasons, I was looking at getting some of the tru tubes myself as they are supposed to be some of the best, I'm using sabre tubes and ultra tubes at present both have nice chunky rubber grips and clear tips so easy to see both your needle and ink.

it's probably something to look at for the future, it all depends on how much business you are doing, no point hiring one if you have to pay for it out of your own pocket if you'r not getting the work yet.

I use Tru Tubes for my liners and love them - machines seem to run better with the steel tips too, though that could just be psychological!
