FK IRONS flux max power bolt not charging

I just bought the new FK irons flux max and I’m having difficulty knowing whether it’s charging or not, I left it for two hours and the battery life didn’t go up- however nothing shows on the screen to indicate that it’s charging? Should something show here? Has anyone had a similar problem and knows the solution? As stated before, the battery life didn’t go up when I left it to charge, but being new to this machine I don’t know whether I’m missing something or not. Thanks!

I have the same problem. Have charged overnight to full charge, unplug to take to work, within less than an hour to start tattooing and one bar has dropped already. I emailed the company I bought it from, they said 6-8 weeks for repair!! They won’t send me a new one or a temporary replacement while mine is sent for servicing, even though my machine was bought brand new less than 6 months ago. The battery life is rubbish.

also, mine doesn’t show anything when charging but I found that turning the battery on then off when plugged in to charge brings up the battery life light and then shows how much it is charging/charged.
