Infected? Overworked? Both?

My girlfriend recently got a couple of new tattoos on the left and right side of her leg on Tuesday. And on Thursday she noticed she has some raw skin showing and we just don’t know what to make of it at first we thought it could be infected but its been a couple more days and it isn’t fitting the common infection symptoms. It’s not hot or warm to the touch it doesn’t have a foul smell no Pain or sensitivity to touch and no puss or ooz of any kind. So we don’t really know if it’s overworked or infected any help at all would be appreciated the tattoo artist Hasn’t been too helpful. Also another note the other tattoo she got on the other side (done the same day) is healing just fine.
