I have agreed a seat in a new studio in my town and am setting up my station tomorrow. I’ve done some shop work before but my skills and confidence were lower than they are now.

I decided to print out some of my original designs (many on common themes) for the wall by my station, many more to print but I liked the look of this collection. The/Rose diamond is based on a stamp with new foliage.

I’m hoping to do more trad (maybe neo-trad), buzzing to get started.

Yeah it’s the kipper period of the year mate,all slowing down,plus people saving

Ain’t sure where the saying comes from but ever since I got started/getting ink done the slow part of the yeah was called the kipper period
A kipper is a smoked fish,lovely with pepper,vinegar and bread
Goggle kippers it will show you

Yeah I did google it, but was unsure if it referred to the fish or the cartoon dog

It does look lovely, we have böckling=buckling here in Sweden that seems pretty much the same. Looove all kinds of fish like this
