Hey just wondering if anyone on here has used a neotat vivace machine before??? Just treated myself to one and wondering if anyone has any experience with one? Good machine?
So... Very stable machine, hitting from 6.5V to 12V (never gone more than 10.5).
Thing is it's very simple, you install your tube, your needle, and you're ready to go.
Also simple means you don't have a lot to play with, you can only adjust its speed and needle hang.
I like it because when you face a problem, once you've changed your speed and needle hang, you know you're the problem
I've done around 20 tattoos and really nothing bad to say about it.
I tried some cheap amazon ones before and they were lose and had random, unstable speed.
From my experience, it's a very good beginner rotative, and i guess you could go for something else only when you want to explore new techniques.
I've done lines, color packing and some gradients with it, and it worked. No tweaking needed, it's some "plug and go" machine, no worries, you can focus on your position, needle angle, depht, stretch, because you will never put the responsibilty on your machine.
Technique is everything, gear is only making it easier.
