One option is to buy from Chinese sellers directly (aliexpress) and ask them to send it with a lower package value. 99.9% of the sellers there will do that without problems (they don't care as long as they sell). You just have to check your country's customs rules. I've been on aliexpress for some 12 years now, never had any problem. USA sellers won't do that as the US laws prohibit altering the actual value of a shipment.
Thanks for the advice. Only that used to work when the limit was higher, now our limit here is $3 before paying at least 17% but often alot more
Damn crooks, and surely they charge custom office fees of 15 to whatever-they-like, that's serious ??
