Guide Update Your Avatars

Hello all,
I have just been having a quick look around the forum and am amazed how many users havent got a nice avatar. If you havent got a nice image beside your name in your forum posts, you will see this:


Click here to find a nice new avatar and upload it. The maximum size is 150px x 150px

Then go into your profile and add it HERE.
Same goes for your personal photo which is seen when someone views your profile.

I felt like such an idiot trying to change it on my profile page >.<

Iv`e added an Avatar but need to spin it through 45 degrees , any one help on that one ?
