Downloading Training Manual

Hi Everyone,:icon_biggrin:
i've just tried to download the training manual and it's saying i don't have the correct software to open it cause it's a rar file? :icon_sad:
Does anyone know if there is any free software i can download to make this possible?
Any help on this issue is appreciated.

hi i've downloaded this but am still not able to open training manual:icon_cry:
if possible can you tell me if im doing something wrong? i'm clicking on download manual but it say unable to do.
do i need to open it from somewhere else? and if so how?
