Looking for a little advice I own a shop in Tennessee board of health representative retired in between one leaving and a new one taking his place a shop popped up. From what I gather the old board of health guy to clear all of his books forced shop owners to sign off on apprentices before they were ready. One of these signed up apprentices turned around and signed off on another guy. The Tennessee state law dictates that you have to be a licensed artist in the state for over 3 years before you can sign off on anyone. We brought this to the new guy's attention and ran it up the chain all the way to the main guy in Nashville basically what we got was oops we're not going to let it happen again but they're leaving the shop open. This guy is hurting people if I can figure out how to post pictures I will of what he's doing to unsuspecting people that walk into a shop thinking they can trust them. So my question is if the state won't do their job what's next? The media?
