Anxiety Rant

So to sum up the beginning I was going to college had 2 panic attacks while driving home that almost made me literally die. Due to my PCP underdosing me because of unfamiliarity.

So as some of you may or may not know certain places have differing requirements to tattoo out of a shop legally. As far as I'm aware in Louisiana it's you have to be certified in CPR and of course bloodborne pathogens. For bloodborne it can be done online while they due not accept cpr from online courses even if it were from the same company or association that you got the classroom class from.

The shop owner tells me Monday that I Have to go to a class thursday for no other reason than theres another guy from the shop going.

So now I'm fretting and being bombarded by my jerk brain with irrational things. Mostly because I have severe anxiety when riding in cars from the past traumatic exp, but I a go because I'd rather subject myself to that torture than listen to someone claiming I'm being dramatic or trying to come up with solutions for something they cant possibly understand when the easiest solution would have been not to spring it upon me like that and to allow for me to get someone I trust to bring me to the class so I felt more at ease with the ride atleast if not being stuck in a classroom with strangers for 4 hours or so

Albert, just think about the class and not the trip. Take something in the car to engross yourself with, either a book, or tablet full of designs so your mind is concentrating on that instead, you will be fine, nothing bad is going to happen, its just a class, its just like being at school with a bunch of spotty teens, and if you feel awkward, you can always imagine they are all sat reading newspapers on the toilet nude, that will likely make you smile

I have taken the CPR training for my job plenty in TX and its easy. You can do it man. We are behind you, Rock on.
